The 2010-2011 Season is nearly upon us. CMC is continuing thru October 30, Wed nights from 630-830. You must have a current USAW card to work out.
Those wrestling in HS need to get their physicals and ECC's to their coaches ASAP. Remember, physical must be after May 1, 2010.

Nov 6- Chantilly Strength/ Conditioning Test 9am-12Noon
Nov 8- Chantilly CAWL/ NVWF season opens
Nov 13- VAWA Folkstyle Preseason Open- Richmond
Nov 15- First Day of HS Season Begins!
